In his speech, Mr. Keskar discussed the growing issue of educated unemployment and stressed that in today’s world, establishing oneself as an independent professional, equipped with practical skills, is essential. He encouraged students to pursue vocational training rather than accumulating unnecessary degrees, which often leads to increased unemployment.

Mr. Keskar highlighted various successful examples, such as Raju, a young man who completed the Fitter trade after his 10th grade and went on to establish his own automobile spare parts workshop. Through hard work and dedication, Raju has become a successful entrepreneur. Mr. Keskar inspired students by saying, "If he can do it, why can’t you?" He urged them to consider a similar path.

In addition to career guidance, Mr. Keskar provided insights on the importance of following traffic rules to prevent accidents, emphasizing how critical adherence to these regulations is for safety.

The event was attended by the Principal Mr. Kurhade, staff, and all students, who appreciated the valuable guidance provided.
